What are the pros and cons for me to join the Texas State Guard, to refresh or gain more experience, while pursuing my degree?

Well please correct me if i posted wrong, i’m currently 28, working on my healthcare administration/managment bachelor degree so i can do direct commission to 70b aoc later down the road, I’m still debating if i should dcc to national guard/reserve, what is a pro/con for me right now to join texas state guard while pursue my degree to refresh/gain more experience?
