My claim went from Preparation for Notification to Review of Evidence. Whats going on?

My Claim just went from Preparation for Notification to Review of Evidence this morning. They changed the name of one of my ratings from degenerative arthritis of the spine and lumbosacral strain to degenerative disc disease with degenerative arthritis of the spine and lumbosacral strain but kept the same 20%. Can someone please help me?

In the VA schedule of diagnosis they can't possibly name every single condition that can exist, so sometimes the wording of a disease or injury will change to fit what is listed.

I appreciate your time. Yes that makes sense. I'm not too worried about the name change, just noticed that was a change made before the claim went back in steps. Thanks again!

Update
So now my claim has gone back to GOE with an estimated date of completion 12/08/2020 - 02/16/2021. I also noticed another Exam Request Processing under the Needed From You tab. I am pretty confused at this point, is there anyone I can call that will give me some information? Ebenefits help line never helps me.

When did you initially file your claim? Also what kind of appointments have you already had with the VA in regards to your claim?
I'm trying to figure out where you are in the process and I might be able to give you some better answers.
You can always call [login to see] and ask a real person to see if they can guide you a bit better.
Also if you have not designated a Veterans Service Organization to help you with your claim, I highly suggest you do so. Typically a local VFW or similar organization can help with that, you can find a list on the ebenefits website. If you go to the main screen go to manage tab>VA representative>representative search.
