Will I retain my rank and go to school first if I got out of the Guard in 2015 and go back in on active duty?

No BLc ,( before the new program started) 24months in tours and more fed time as well, planning on enlisting in same MOS . Will retain rank and goto school first ?

When I came back in active duty I was able to keep my E5. Talk to your recruiter, they can do a waiver request for you to retain your rank. If you are able to retain your rank, you’ll have to attend BLC. Good luck to you....
