How can I change my RE code?
I was discharged from the Army back in 2013 with an Honorable-Misconduct-and RE-3. What's the process or steps I need to do in order to help my case in joining the USANG/RESERVE?

Your RE Code will not be changed changed to permit reenlistment. They are only changed when an error was made in assignment of the code at separation. An RE Code of 3 for a misconduct separation is not an error.

Long story short I was sent to med-hold in BMT for hemorrhoids. I was told that the condition was undisclosed and I would need to file for a waiver. My waiver was denied and I was sent home with an entry level separation, erroneous enlistment, RE code 4c, along with medical/JFW on top of my discharge coordination package. I talked to a recruiter today who couldn't understand why I was given that code. On my MEPS paper work DD From 2807-1 box...
