RE-3G JFV seeking waiver, anyone get one approved?

Good day, I have lost 200 lbs to be in the service and I am 33 years old. I was separated from the Navy RTC with RE-3G JFV Adjustment disorder with anxiety uncharacterized ELS. I am currently seeking a waiver with the Army and Navy.
Background:
I had enlisted as open contract and I wasn't exactly fond of it to be honest and that was a bit of a hit to my pride considering I have college education. but I was fine for the most part, but, regretted it.I would have finished RTC, but, I had ruptured my ear drum and my other one was about to rupture from fluid when i was running. This caused extreme disorientation and near complete deafness due to a double inner ear infection. From the "recruit crud" not draining right and swimming didn't do any justice. Basically, I gave up because I couldn't train after 3 weeks of not hearing cadence or instructions and my RDC was over me. I was referred to REU by medical because I told her I was a danger to others in the training environment because I couldn't hear, she went against 3 other doctors I had to see from follow-up appointments to proclaim I didn't have a ruptured ear drum. I have proof and I have seen the natural healing scar you get at an audiologist. More-or-less i told the psychologist some bending of the truth to get out after being told I had no other options, based on the suggestion of the medical officer.
I have searched the internet high-and-low and I haven't seen anyone get back in on an RE-3G JFV in particular. I am curious if anyone has gotten back in a similar situation. I have 70 college credits, meta ASVAB score, good credit, 3 letters of recommendation, postive hearing test, fit for full duty from 2 civilian doctors, and a positive psychological evaluation. I keep getting the run around by a lot of recruiters even though I am motivated. But, yeah, anyone at all actually was able to go back? Again, any suggestions that I can do to improve my situation?

It’s not that you are getting the run around, a simple search of AR 40-501 and DOD 6130.03 will reveal that:

Under disqualifying conditions:

g. History of a single adjustment disorder if treated or symptomatic within the previous 6 months, or any history of chronic (lasting longer than 6 months) or recurrent episodes of adjustment disorders.

Sorry, but they are probably not going to submit a waiver for something that can’t nor shouldn’t be waived due to the possibility of reoccurrence

Behavioral health. My experience is that I understand the retention and medical standards regulations. I’m current in the process to become a recruiter. Also, I’m one of the top rated individuals on the site. I wouldn’t give individuals advice unless I knew with near certainty that I knew what I was talking about. I’m sure PFC (Join to see) SFC (Join to see),SFC James J. Palmer IV aka "JP4",CSM Charles Hayden could vouch for me.

I appreciate you answering my questions, I don't want you to think that I am questioning your integrity. I actually more-or-less feel the pressure of the uphill battle I put myself in. I am not willing to give up, I feel like most waivers are seen on a case-to-case basis and that also adds a variable of situation vs individual response too. One of my letters of recommendation is from a senator/ chemistry professor that I did a NASA grantship with, do you think that helps me in any way?

SSG (Join to see) - I sure do, I sure do. Every little thing I think helps sometimes. SSG I wish you the best of luck on your future in recruiting. I also have mad respect for your MOS 35F as it is something that I'd like to do or 35G.

Look any RE3 is going to require waivers, and waivers for mental trouble are extremely hard to get. You are basically a "hot potato" and there are better prospects not needing those waivers.

Thank you, I completely understand that. Which for me, sucks tbh, as I myself- am not quite a "hot potato." I'm just an idiot that succumbed to an unfortunate circumstance. At the end of the day I did this to myself and I am the only one to blame. blah!
