I need to know if I can upgrade my RE code 4a to rejoin?

Was hoping to get some information. I am trying to reenlist but my re code is keeping me from it. I have a 4a re code. The whole story is I first started basic I failed a pt test and had to redo it. Graduated basic. Went to eod school. Failed eod school. Re chaptered as an m1 abrams machanic. Failed 1 out of three PT tests redid it past. While in abrams school. Failed another test for turret circuitry. Went back a week and passed. Later weeks ahead had a pt Mat fight( a foam yoga mat) and a guy got hit that didnt want to get hit. He jumped down and. Got in another guys face. The new captain came in. ( supposedly the first female commander in ft benning Georgia) gave us article 15s. Gave us option to stay. My answer was " I will mature up enough and reenlist). My thought was I could get a second try at eod if I did this. Later realized the score of my discharged 3 weeks after.
I have read the pages on how to meet the requirements for 2-7 etc, I have no idea what it means.
My questions
What the he'll is the article tlking about and what do I need to do to meet those requirements. ( if you can dumb it down and give me a list)
How do I do it?
Do I need a lawyer?
Is it possible?
I ask this in means to an end. I emailed a lawyer for more info but hasnt gotten me back 3 weeks ago
I have gotten up every time and kept pushing for an answer. But apperently I cant do this on my own. I tried to be as honest and detailed as possible Thank you god bless.

Sadly I agree with SFC John Weeks you do not belong in the Army or any other branch. You have had way to many chances and then you could not answer the Captain when asked. The Army has enough challenges they don’t need a challenge like you.

Sorry, but Re-enlistment Codes and SPD/SPN codes never change. Those codes exist to describe your character of service. The code is actually determined and then provided by what would have been your higher headquarters. So, if you were eligible for a code that would have allowed you to re-enlist, that would have been established at discharge.

While I appreciate your desire to serve your country, there are certain realities at play here, like your conduct and the lost cost to the Department of Defense related to your training and failures.

There is also the matter of commitment. Commitment to serve in any branch of the U.S. military comes with a degree of maturity that reinforces your ability to work as part of a disciplined team.

Perhaps, it would be better if you close this chapter. That is how I would have counseled you as a retired master sergeant.

Honestly I have no idea, but there are some questions I have:
How long ago did this occur?
Can you pass a PT test now?
Are you going to put in the work to pass whatever MOS school you go to?
Have you matured?

Ive been trying to get back in for by years.

Fuck yes

Fuck yes

Fuck yes

Ive been preparing ever since I left. I spent 8 months studing what little munitions I could. My run time is what killed me. And now I have a 6 minute mile for speed. And a hour and 16 for my 5 mike
