Which MOSs have the best oportunity to promotion to E7 and beyond in the Army AGR?

Im currently in the IRR and looking to reclass into the reserves with the end goal of retiring out of the AGR. I did 4 years active duty as a 12C, bridge crewmember. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

In ARNG: 42A, 92Y, 92A, 79T and whatever kind of BNs and BDEs you have in your state, i.e. EN 12 series, AV 15 series, IN 11B, etc.
In Army Reserve: couldn't tell you, but the opportunities for promotion are greater and in every CMF because you are competing in the entire Army Reserve, not just one state.
