They did not even bother to try to obey the law and get a building permit, Scanners are usually sloppy but this is pathetic.

The question should be why are we forced to follow any law now. The Establishment has created a new foreign citizen that can simply bypass our laws while taxes are being confiscated from the Citizens to support the non citizens. Build the wall and throw all lawyers on the other side.
