I have voted by mail my entire military career. It is needed for the military but not necessarily for those living in their area they vote. WHY...polls are open from 7 - 7. If you can't get there by then well you should have planned better...plus there are laws to allow you to leave work to vote in time. The problem is that the write in vote is manipulated by some to write in names of dead folks that are still on the rolls or those that have lived in multiple states and also allows people to avoid the Govt ID requirement...which I agree with.
