Can you see what is wrong with this ribbon rack?

Ya got that right!

At a glance there are two National defense ribbons ?

As a civvie-puke, most of us don’t know the first thing about military decorations. But here goes:

1. Rack is on a Marine Corps Khaki shirt. Marines cannot be SEALs unless one gets out of the Marine Corps and goes into the NAVY and is selected for BUD/S. The rack should be on a USN khaki shirt.

2. Navy ribbons are 3 across; not four.

3. The “budweiser” is lapel pin sized, not the correct size for a khaki uniform.

4. The whole order of precedence is completely fucked up. The Silver Star should be the topmost ribbon in order of precedence.

I’m sure there’s more, but as a civvie puke, these are the four that stand out to me.

He has trouble wearing his beret correctly too. I'm surprised he isn't wearing major's leaves on his epaulets to tell everyone he is a sergeant major.

We used to take CSM rank, cut off the two chevrons and rockers them m'nu it all black.
Anytime we had a PFC getting too big for his britches we'd hand him a pair.

NCO stripes and Officer Brass??? Lol.

The only item he has placed correctly is the CIB. Everything else is out of whack. He needs therapy.

I knew I've seen that first ribbon before but couldn't quite put my finger on it. Then I looked in my Sgt Grit catalog.

Army 2LT rank instead of the smaller USMC collar rank, and ugh, totally wrong belt buckle. the ribbons....wow. the other comments say it pretty well.

he also has the Army Overseas Service Ribbon.
