The guy is a Darwin Award waiting to happen. Too bad the Coast Guard is obligated to help stupid people.
(Seriously, I read the article with mild interest until I read, "In 2014, the Coast Guard rescued him after receiving a report about a disoriented man in a bubble off the coast of Miami, who was asking for directions to Bermuda." I didn't know whether to laugh or cry, but I couldn't help myself. I laughed. I'm still laughing.)
