As I re-enter the RP fray, thought I might just share some inspiration and runs each day. Always try to keep it light. Checking to see how best to work this. Had to remove the FB link as it posts weird. Today's run in the rain.

Wet run this am. Take it.

Not that I'd want to run in the rain but its still better than an extremely hot day. I had run in the rain was back in college during a cross Country team meet but otherwise tried not to.

Yes Top, I'am little smaller. 6ft. 165, thin but I work out-3-4 days a week and play pickelball 1-2 times a week. The wife and I play about 1.5 -2 hrs each time. Really good work-out. My choice of food is Mexican.

GySgt Jack Wallace - I'll admit Your more active sports wise than I am currently, food, Spanish Mexican, Chinese, Vietnamese Me and My oldest son will eat just about anything. Yard work and taking care of the house is My exercise Used to play Golf a bit but haven't for a few years now, time and money are factors. Last time I did play shot 75 for 18 holes (Par 71 layout) time before 82 (Par 72 layout) and only played the two times that year except a couple Par 3 courses which doesn't count to Me. I used to play a lot, got out of the habit. I still have my clubs but they have been collecting dust.

Top, try pickleball. One can play in or out doors. And it's cheap...Like you, today was my off day, so I did the yard work. Can't keep us Marines down. Got to be doing something.

GySgt Jack Wallace - I was never very good at Tennis and You had to be coordinated and all over the place, I imagine Pickleball might have the same perils for Me. At least with when i used to play baseball of golf the ball was pretty much in a smaller area and I could hit it. The town Park does have pickleball courts so there is a place for people to play for free.

As I've posted before, running is something you have to do when you screw up! But I admire you folks who do.
