Good morning, Rallypoint. Today's Astronomy Picture of the Day (APOD) is titled "ISS Transits Mars." Talk about the shot of a lifetime. The featured image was acquired last Monday at 05:15:47 local time from just northeast of San Diego, California, USA. I'll post a short Youtube video that gets "behind the scenes" on what went into this amazing frame. Hats off to astro-photographer Tom Glenn.
