When the Attorney General declares that selected groups of people (by race, religion, gender, whatever) will not be prosecuted for their alleged crimes, then you can bet that the Rule of Law has been abandoned. Same for when government agencies punish selected groups for their political affiliation or ideology.

It was my understanding that if Hillary is indicted and tried for passing classified information then Former President Obama will likewise be indicted too as they shared this information repeatedly.

SFC Jim Ruether - Maybe. Maybe not. I have seen no "evidence" that President Obama kept classified information on an unsecure server

The director of the FBI drafting his response before the investigation is launched might be a good indicator...

The fact is Hillary remains unindicted. Say what you want, but she must be either very powerful, intelligent and persuasive to have avoided indictment with all the the so-called "evidence", or the people trying to indict her are just supremely incompetent that they can't manage to get the job done while they hold all the cards.

"very powerful, intelligent and persuasive"...or had very powerful, intelligent and persuasive allies with a vested interest in her future presidency.
