"Eventually all things fall into place. Until then, laugh at the confusion, enjoy the moments and know all things happen for a reason. ~Albert Schweitzer
The reason behind what is happening is often not obvious and the situation can look like chaos. Learn to go with what is happening and enjoy it as much as you can and the reason will eventually come clear. Has this happened to you? It has happened in my life and my lesson (learned over and over) is acceptance.

They do indeed fall into place at the most convenient and inconvenient time Charlie, but they do and the lessons along the way are invaluable. I'm still learning and there's a reason for that and a reson for the season. Their's a purpose "higher than us" that we've connected and will be doing a lot of good in the future Charlie. I truly believe that. Thanks for your wonderful words of wisdom this morning. Have a great Friday and good weekend as you count all the wonderful blessings that have been bestowed to you and your family Lt Col Charlie Brown

I once asked a psychologist who swam at the pool I worked at what the key to life was. She said, "Acceptance."

Ma’am, this is all so very true; especially the part of acceptance. You really can’t see ahead to focus on the positive until you accept the past, at which time it will become apparent to you how much the past experience has shaped your life and that the reason for it was necessary to get through the next part in Life. Had way to many of those where it sometimes was a struggle to let go but once I did, was such a relief and helped open my eyes to even brighater days ahead. It also taught me not to let everything get to me and to learn when enough is just that and move on to the next obstacle. I believe the future obstacles are the reason for everything that happens, to prepare us for what lies ahead. Like Basic prepared us for AIT and those together was preparation for the first duty station and their training helped us with the next and so on. Even the tragedies in Life have a reason; as difficult as it can be to understand them when they occur and we at times question God why he could let it happen.

I have found that most people are offered the opportunity to change their circumstances almost daily. Either they chose status quo or complain that opportunity is outside their grasp. Are you here to change others lives- or do you miss the cues to change your own when someone comes into your life? Great RED Friday thoughts Col- have a great weekend.

Some of those changes are covered with thorns and broken glass, and we're all barefoot. Metaphorically. Not contradicting, just a sidebar.

Very good point Sir! I have to admit that looking back; I’ve missed quite a few clues in my lifetime. Dwelling on what I missed won’t change the past though, so I always strive to learn from my mistakes.

Good morning from Hartland MI COL Mikel J. Burroughs - and you are o'so right on that topic. Have a great weekend.
"I believe that everything happens for a reason. People change so that you can learn to let go, things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they're right, you believe lies so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself, and sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together."

That quote really hits home from Marilyn Monroe SP5 Mark Kuzinski I believe there is a reason that we met and we continue to correspond my friend. Bella has to work and I'm working on thisngs around the house this weekend when I'm not on the computer. I believe that is 75% time spent on the computer, 20% on the Harley, and 5% spent on doodling around the house! You have a great weekend as well - both you and Diana!
