For dereliction of Duty, Insubordination, and whatever else fits for their efforts to work around the Commander in Chiefs wish for the military.

In my opinion Green should immediately face the maximum reduction in Rank and be dishonorably discharged by President Trump.

A draft dodger should not be making decisions about military justice.

Sgt Brad Wise - Nope not according to the UCMJ or the Supreme Court. As long as you are receiving any benefit, be it from the VA as in medical or disability, or be it from the military as in retirement, you are property of the US Military till you are 70 for NCO's and 72 for officers. Says so right at the bottom of your enlistment contract.

You are correct that I should have included other benefits. I suppose I was thinking along the lines that if you were discharged/separated by choice to the point that you were not receiving retirement pay, then you would not be receiving any other benefits. You have to be on the rolls to get benefits and pay, and if you go off the rolls to get out of the UCMJ the benefits go with it. Yes, you could be eligible for benefits without being eligible for retirement pay, and that would still keep you 'on the rolls.' If it's a lifetime benefit, I suppose you would have to actively and deliberately sever your eligibility, after which you would not be subject to the UCMJ. If you did nothing though, you would still be 'on the rolls' for life even if you never took advantage of the benefit. U Signed the M*f* Contract.

At least President Trump went to a Military Academy, and respects the military!!! VA is doing much better now that BHO is gone.

No sympathy here...he is a SNCO and he knew better than to do what he did. In any other career field say for example aviation....you screw up in it you get your wings yanked and are no longer a pilot. No difference here. Leadership knows better the day to day workings of their units...not the President and he should have trusted his Captains and Admirals to make the right calls. IMHO.

So I guess it was ok for the prosecutor to tap into Chief Gallagher's communications with his attorney? That O-5 should be facing discipline too if that's how you want to play it.

I have to disagree with PO1 Hammond.
I will give one example very close to this situation. If (and it happened several times while I supported the SF Community) a Special Forces NCO did very poorly and was removed from their ranks, the "Long Tab" was removed and their qualification SQI (Special Skill Identifier) in this case their whole MOS was removed. They were no longer and 18CMF soldier. They had to find a job to reclassify into. LTC Shuttleworth is correct as it isn't a matter of failing to be qualified, but rather going against the entire code of ethics, operations, standards that surround that entire community. POINT!!!

Yet another inaccurate headline. He was not CLEARED by Trump, he was tried and found guilty. His rank was restored by Trump, but (at least as far as I can tell) Trump never reversed the conviction.

And no, Trump cannot provide credibility to UCMJ by chardging Commanders who were themseleves EXERCISING THEIR AUTHORITY under UCMJ. He would only FURTHER undermine UCMJ, which has already started by his undue influence and reversal of demotion, amongst other things.

PO3 Theresa Dixon Your posts are still here, although I wish they were not. These are not legitimate journalism. They cite the daily beast, which ITSELF admits that it is opinion. Even the daily beast does not call itself "news" or "journalism." These two sites (IBT and EBJ) then proceed to include irrelevant facts, jump to conclusions, and make assumptions. For instance, just because someone has been arrested, included in a report, or even charged and tried does not make them a criminal. The usa today story you posted itself states that there is no evidence Fred Trump was a member or supporter of the KKK. Just as two examples.

I have been ignoring you on the principle of not feeding the trolls. But enough is enough. Stop posting blatant lies, unsupported conjecture, and conspiracy theories. Or if you MUST post them, DON'T DO IT ON THIS THREAD. First, what you are posting has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with the topic. Second, I am tired of getting notifications and e-mails that you have posted more bullshit on "my thread."

If you want to offer actually proof to back up your claims - not opinion pieces, but actual proof - then we can discuss. But not on this thread, please. Enough is enough.

SFC Casey O'Mally you need to read the sources inside the articles. Where the information came from and where you can find the information yourself. These are credible sources. I check my sources. However, since you don't believe every single national security department head who's served under Trump and said he's the greatest national security threat to our country, then by all means, betray our country and vote for him and his white supremacists and his followers DECLARING CIVIL WAR UPON THE UNITED STATES, WHICH IS TREASON.
