If they want to serve in an elected position within the Sergeant Morales Club, please ensure they qualify and then assist them with their nomination packet, same thing goes with the Sergeant Audie Murphy Club - if a non-member wants to serve as in an elected position, ensure they qualify and assist them with their nomination packet. If they want to serve, they will ensure they are qualified, if for some reason they cannot qualify, I believe both clubs have the honorary nomination processes available for consideration.

As is always best, I'd try to get the answer founded in doctrine so I referenced in AE 600-2 (USAQREUR Sergeant Morales Club) and could not find it specifically addressed. I also looked on the link to the website provided and did not see the club by-laws.

CSM,

That is great advice! I do have possession of the honorary nomination packet and the process on how to execute it so that future non-members can be nominated into the club. The bylaws will be uploaded onto the website provided as soon as the changes that I would like to address gets voted in and finalized. Thank you for your wonderful input.

SFC (Join to see), I truly hope the members keep the integrity of the club in mind, and believe this is a very easy decision to make.
