Where are you, Capt Prickett? My estimation is it has to double jeopardy and best chance of conviction.

He's old, why bother paying someone for a year plus. More than likely they'll administratively reduce him in rank or some other trivial punishment. If the statute of limitations hadn't of passed likely this would be a much different story. Everyone hates to see a child rapist get off.
