I know it is going to be MOS dependent, but I'd like to see if the average time is pretty close. This obviously applies more to those who became promotable after the new promotion system. Thanks to all who reply.

No, I suppose I was lucky and received a date within a month. At the time I was 11B, but have since converted to 79R. I went to ALC as 11B on recruiting detail.

Around what day of the month do they generally send out ATRRS reservation emails?

I don't think there is a specific day if the month. You get the email when you get it.

Update in case anyone is interested; all of the signal corps branch managers came to Bragg, and we were briefed a little more on the STEP program. Because I am in the secondary zone, I am at the bottom of the barrel as a priority 2/3 instead of 1. "Promote ahead of peers . . . NOT!". I'm not as salty as that sounded, but from what I gather, I won't get slotted any earlier that October.
