They’re private enterprise and can set their own standards. I don’t like what they do but it is what it is.

LTC Stephan Porter - my response was in connection with them banning folks for hate speech. If it’s against their standards then no violation.
As I understand the 1st amendment, it prohibits Congress from abridging free speech. It doesn’t say anything about free enterprise in there.

I understand the Argument Gene but Giant Corporations like Google, Facebook, Even Amazon to some extent are claiming their rights as a private enterprise while acting and literally being a MEDIA Business. So it doesn't take much to see what happens when the regulation breaks down on that. Witness the majority of our News Media Outlets who favor One Political Party. It's a Mess! So if it looks like a Dog, wags its tail like a Dog, Barks like a Dog, You don't have to taste dog shit to understand ... Its' a Dog.
