Approx 2,780 pages of Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) documents detailing the government entity’s findings on unidentified flying objects (UFOs) are available for anyone to read and download. The collection catalogues CIA information on UFOs reported from the late 1940s through the early 1990s, in the United States and around the world.

That's a lot of potential reading -- It's big universe out there nd odds are there's something out there -- That said, I'd rather be the species making 1st contact with the technical superiority.
