Bill I laughed the entire time. Instantly started having memories, I am very happy that was a many years ago but it was very bad. If I had not already done it and was thinking of going I would be scared to death. The funny part is as bad as it looked like it sucked, it did.

Bill I am not going to start telling Selection stories, however, just 1. One night they had us in a class room of all things doing "stuff" just so we would not sleep. One of the candidates was missing, they found him in the latrine sitting on the john. His body was so exhausted that he fell asleep on the john and then his legs cramped up or froze up and he could not move. I am not sure what happened after that. I am sure it was not good

SGT (Join to see) all the time you hear people say "I could do that, but (insert excuse here)" I love his honesty. I agree with him completely. I have watched videos about BUDS, Special Forces, Ranger, and always think that there is no way I could do this. Even if I tried, and was allowed to try, I would just be holding back the people who have a legitimate chance of success. Thanks for sharing this. Much respect for those who succeed in this.
