My exs first sergeant told her to lie to the police saying she was scared of me. Then he put a trespass warning against me what do you think
He didn't like me and I went to talk to him man to man with just his supervisor and me. Even though he told me there would be no security forces there, there were and they searched me then filed a trespass warning against me even though I just wanted to see my daughter one last time. Was that legal for him to do or not? Also I was no longer in the military at the time.

Stop. Do not pass go. Do not collect 200 dollars. Proceed immediately to your nearest lawyer. This is a legal minefield that you need a lawyer to help you navigate.
