Should the APFT be completely overhauled or remain the same? What are your thoughts on this hot topic?

I have heard since I joined that they are going to change it soon, and in 16 years all that has changed is the scoring. I believe change is good are there are better things we could be doing, but is what we have that broken? For the PT test I do not believe it is, the weight and tape program on the other hand is broken.

The HT-WT program is completely broken and needs to be overhauled ASAP especially as we get to a garrison army mindset. In addition, with the reduction of force Soldiers may not be getting taped fairly and therefore let go
