What do you think about different color PT belts for NCOs, Officers, and Junior Enlisted?

Was at Fort Bliss last year and noticed Officers and NCOs wore green PT belts and Junior Enlisted wore the standard yellow.
Do you think color separating the leaders from the Soldier is necessary or does it reinforce a separation among leaders and Soldiers?
My opinion:
For the sake of one standard and one team, different color PT belts should not be worn within a unit. That' why rank can be pinned on belts.

Forget the belt. Design the shirts in three different reflective colors and have one color for officers, one for NCOs and one for enlisted. I have provided a concept sketch below:
I would not stop at putting rank on the PT belt. I want my full rack and Scare Me badges. I would also encode the belt with a CAC microchip and SMART card so that I can access buildings and buy Fritos at the PX. Oh, and my Rally Point score as well... I want to know if the person I encounter on the track is more or less influential than I.

I believe it would be better,to have the word Army and letter A on the PT shirt, in a reflecting material.
That material could be similar, to the reflecting belt.

Now we're talking! At least you won't die from fratricide! Though it may be enough of a distraction that the enemy will die laughing. has Natick Labs approved this yet? Does it come in officer/enlisted colors so everyone knows who to salute in the heat of combat?

Since colored PT belts were not thought of back in the days of black and white, I suggest full ninja attire and PT after midnight and before dawn.

SSG (Join to see) Korean War Armistice was signed 27 JUL 53. In 1954, to keep the joes out of trouble, we were getting haircuts twice a week, catching Hell for any deficiency in our squad tents and required to wear an Signal Corp's Orange scarf most of the time. I particularly recall wearing an Orange scarf to the 4 holer!
