Meet Peter Townsend, one of our incredible SoldierStrong Ambassadors. Peter proudly served in the U.S. Army. He later devoted his life to helping others as a Physician Assistant. After being diagnosed with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis, Peter’s mobility became increasingly limited - until several years ago.

Thanks to your support, SoldierStrong was able to donate an iBOT Personal Mobility Device, a revolutionary piece of technology that is changing lives like Peter’s every day. Peter can now explore his rural Pennsylvania property, has regained his independence, and rediscovered the great outdoors.

Recently, Peter attended a fly-fishing event - something that was once seemingly out of reach. With a good friend behind the camera and the iBOT by his side, he was able to enjoy a peaceful day on the water and share this special moment with us.

Check out these amazing shots of Peter living life without limits!

Peter’s story is a powerful reminder of why we do what we do here at SoldierStrong. The iBOT isn’t just a device - it’s freedom, dignity, and hope.
