The desperation is incredible!
So apparently the letter was given to Feinstein by a Representative, who got it from a college professor who wrote about events involving someone else's events that allegedly happened decades ago...Wow! Really?

This is the 11th hour surprise. After the democrats are sure they cannot stop Kavanagh with the vote, they try character assassination and delay with anonymous allegations from high school. This is similar to the stunt pulled on Clarence Thomas. It is desperate, partisan, dishonest and frankly BS.
Why, if the accuser didn't want this to go forward, and dear Diane said she would honor that, did she turn it over to the FBI? Why the FBI and not the local law enforcement people where the events allegedly happened 35 years ago? Will a charge be filed? Sounds like none will. So what then? Nothing is the answer.
This is a hail Mary effort by the democrats to delay the vote until after the election. I hope the Republicans on the committee have the vote this month as planned and shove it up the dems rear end. There is no need to do to this to a judge, who from all corners, is viewed to be fair and impartial and attempts to interpret law, not make it. He is well qualified and above reproach and the democrats try to butcher his reputation. What a farce.

MSgt Steve Sweeney - If you listen to the opinions of those on the courts he has worked with and around, that is their opinion. If you listen to the talking heads and politicians who are afraid Roe V Wade will go away, he is evil incarnate. I listen to the people that know him the best.
Even Ruth Bader Ginsburg has come out and spoken about his circus the democrats have made of this. It is a national embarrassment. I am sure you support the circus.
Can you tell me which of his decisions on the court you really have issues with without going in the web and looking for one? I doubt it.

I am sure you support the circus as well. Trying to ram through an obvious partisan nominee before they lose the Senate. A nominee that wasn't even on the original list provided by the Heritage Foundation, and only came to light after Trump's corruption and treason were exposed - curious. Is it any wonder the GOP is trying to keep so much about Kavanaugh secret? I guess the vetting process for the GOP involves how well they can cover things up.

Do you have any facts to back up your accusation? I didn't think so but nice attemp at character assassination.
I support an open hearing with honest, fair questioning not the circus the democrats and their paid protestors have made this. Trump has the full authority to make the pick and the Senate leaders have the full authority to have the hearings now. You don't like that do you? Like your hero Obama said, elections have consequences, suck it up.
BTW the person the president nominates does not have to be on the list. That is another misdirection. He can nominate anyone he likes, period. Your side lost this one and you aren't happy, I get it.

After November, there are inevitably going to be blue seats in Congress... but I really hope a vast majority of them stay/turn red come November. These people, if you can really call them that at this point, are nothing but selfish and evil. They don't have anyone's best interest at heart but their own.
