Lt Col Charlie Brown I agree with you Charlie. That is why is is very important that Trump wins reelection. He should be able to assignment more conservative judges.

SPC Douglas Bolton I wouldn't be too sure of that, for example the Kelo v. City of New London case they mentioned was decided by a combination of Democratic and Republican appointments.

The proof will be in the pudding, so-to-speak Lt Col Charlie Brown!!! I look at this with cautious optimism since the top levels of our government have been vacillating on may things of late... and the Dems are blocking most everything that makes good sense! We shall see, as the saying goes!

In my book, less new laws is a GOOD thing. Let the Dems in the House and the Repubs in the Senate block everything they send each other!
