Incredible regressive, doesn't bother the rich, mildly annoying the middle class, and hammering the poor, just like the taxes on gasoline, alcohol, and cigarettes. Why do the Democrats not at least try to practice what they preach and at least sometimes support programs to help the working class and working poor?
