TOO LATE ... THEY ARE ALREADY DOING IT HERE ... THE THREAT TO TEACHERS FOR GIVING FAILING GRADES WITH OUT PARENTS PERMISSION IS IN PLACE IN MANY COUNTRIES AND OTHER STATES... AND WHEN THE CHILD FAILS, REGARDLESS OF THE PROBLEMS, IT IS ALWAYS THE TEACHERS FAULT... AND AS OF NOW MOST PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEMS ARE LITTLE MORE THAN A DAY CARE FOR THE SEX TROPHIES THE PARENTS ARE RAISING...

We had two druggie teens who were kicked out of school for truancy and I know it was not the teacher's fault but hanging out with low self esteem MFs who supplied drugs and a place to hang out instead of finishing school. Both are now living on their own and they have their heads up their 5th point of contact even though they were shown rehab, sobriety but you can't force them after age 18 in Canada. We are not enablers and we don't give them handouts. We put them in Catholic School (which is only free in Alberta) but there they met bad kids there as well.

Thanks for validating the bad policy I see in Canada is also corrupting kids in the USA. I see the kids falling flat on their face when they go to Community College or the University (if they can get in at all due to overcrowding and high tuition)
