SrA Ronald Moore Not at all sure what point you’re trying to make. Yes some highly classified operations have to remain close hold for need to know personnel. Could you imagine D-Day June 1944 the president chose to brief senior leaders in Congress days before execution. Maybe he did. Who knows. That detail was left out of history books cause no one gave a damn if he did or didn’t do it. Lets remember, the president doesn’t need Congressional permission to make decisions about military operations. Declare a war? Yes. Attack a sovereign nation? Yes. Sign a treaty? Yes. There’s nothing to fix. So spare me the ALL CAPS language.

Yeah you should note the difference between building new wall segments (very little has been built) and the repair and refortification of existing walls which every president has pushed funding to do that. But yeah he’s getting some wall that is designed to be so hot to the touch that immigrants will need hoses to climb it (his words) he was able to sign it during his trip to Cali. Haha!
