Navy Sailor Indicted In Series Of Bomb Threats At Bases Across Hampton Roads

In my second year on an amphib we received bomb threat calls three weeks in a row. Only when a particular officer was assigned CDO. The caller was always female. After the third call this particular officer was read the riot act by our Capt. and they stopped.

I wonder if that is because the court figures the military will handle making sure he shows up for his court date. I agree with CMDCM Gene Treants that is odd for this to be in the district court as opposed to the military court. Regardless this person could have a lot of time to reflect on what he did.
