Our boys over at Tasks and Purposes push out another on the money article about a hot topic in our military today.

If one has never been a product of toxic leadership, I dare say that person is lying or only served one tour!

I figured that sir. It is not military only, but can be applied to any organization

Far worse in civilian life in my experience. Not only are you affecting your boss's career you are affecting his paycheck. At least you have an IG or open door policy in the military, the only thing you have in the civilian world is a new employer.

MAJ (Join to see), agreed. However a new employer is a much faster solution.
Also needed more frequently, however; I never had a problem with this during my time in the AF but did on multiple occasions in civilian life.
