One thing I regret from our two tours to Germany was not making it to Switzerland. We did make it to Austria several times and many of these photos look similar to the regions we visited. Enjoy this photo display from Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland.

Thank you, my friend Col Carl Whicker for posting. While I was stationed in Germany [1981 - 1984] I visited Switzerland twice - once just a in and out trip. In the summer of 1984 I traveled to lake Geneva for the Montreux Jazz Festival and saw Van Morrison as the headliner along with Freddie Hubbard and several other Jazz luminaries from the 1960s-1970s on July 11, 1984.
I visited Spain, Greece, Denmark, England and Wales, Lichtenstein, Luxemburg, Italy, San Marino, and Holland briefly.

Thank you, Stephen. Sounds like it was a great concert. I was able to visit England, Spain, Italy, Holland, France, and Austria while stationed there. Would love to see Wales, Scotland and Ireland as well as Switzerland and Eastern Europe. While in Air War College we visited Poland, Hungary, and the Czech Republic. Some beautiful country!
