Does anyone know what CTAM is in reference to education?

Looking on google, this is Centralized Tuition Assistance Management (CTAM). I am being told to provide a transcript for this for my Masters at UMUC. I also recieved a responce from UMUC saying I need an official letter of non-attendance if I would like it removed from my student record. Help would be appreciated as my education counselors do not even know.

The issue here is that you received TA for the course. I am assuming it is for a course that you did not complete because of non-attendance (deployment). If that is the case then you have two choices, 1) pay the money (TA) back or get a letter from your commander stating that you were not able to attend the course as required due to mission. With that UMUC can notify the VA so that they release the hold and you can get on with your Masters. Best of luck

I will talk to the school again but I am eligible to use TA for every course within my SOCAD agreement. I have already paid the difference not covered by TA out of my own pocket.
I was told directly by UMUC and and an education counselor that I could enroll in courses (knowing that this CTAM portion is missing).
I really don’t understand why I would have to pay pack the TA when I have a $0 balance through the college.
