Reach out to the Disabled American Veterans and the Veterans Services Officer in your home County. I did and it worked

What do I do if my records were destroyed in the 2005 flood from hurricane Katrina. So they are denying that my shoulder troubles are not service related when it happened on my last 2 week training in the summer of 1992. I went to fort Polk medical for rehab and the military paid me workman’s compensation for 3 months because of my injury diving behind a tree during miles gear training and I was carrying the m-60 machine gun and all my gear.
