I carry a concealed weapon and try to maintain good situational awareness. I do that all year though. This time of year I make every effort to stay home. Not because I'm more concerned about violence, but because I'm not a fan of crowds. #online shopping

I've worked in bad areas for a good portion of my life, so I carried even before it was legal most places. I agree, situational awareness, knowing where the trouble spots are in your area and what times to be concerned about those areas. There are a number of areas that I have worked in during the days without a second thought that I wouldn't drive through at 1am.

Definitely Amazon. But I do conceal carry while shopping online just to be extra safe.

Honestly, the same as I do everyday. Maintain awareness of my surroundings and a serviceable pistol with extra mags lawfully carried.

It was bred in us since boot camp. Walking in front is the drill sergeants table at chow was a covert mission, be aware or get stopped.

Just have a better situational awareness. Wallett in an inside coat pocket not the pants pockets, make sure I have one hand free at all times, little known trick; if a group appears menacing, troublesome, look them in the eye and make them aware you see them. Most importantly, don't look vulnerable, walk with a purpose, head up.
