I heard about this a couple of days ago. Not surprising that Gov Moonbeam would sign this into law. This is the same state that wants to increase taxes and take advantage of the extra money Citizens are getting in Trumps tax break. Same state that has made it illegal to buy or sell Ammo, Same loony left wing liberals at it again. On the bright side with the Electoral College it doesn't matter how much fraud they commit they still cant over rule the rest of the country... No matter how many illegals vote in Ca, they still lose.

Why do you keep posting this stuff. It has been disproved many times over. It took me all of 3 minutes to find the facts on this. Your post is a total misinterpretation of the law. No "illegals" will be registered to vote.

Illegal aliens are being provided with valid California Drivers Licenses. That is the law in this state today. That alone is sufficient to get them into a voting booth. How do you know????? California law PROHIBITS asking for proof of citizenship for EITHER a drivers license OR voter registration. All an applicant need do is put a “X” in the box that asked if you are a citizen and you are registered to vote. No questions are permitted. No challenges allowed.

CPT Jack Durish - Yes, "iIllegals" are being issued a California drivers license,, a specially marked one, identifying them and non-us citizens. They are not allowed to register to vote, unless someone is not doing their job.
California state law required US citizenship to register to vote. Very clear.

CW5 Edward "Tate" Jones Jr. - The registration form ask where and when you were born, and it ask if you are a US citizen. The application goes to the registrar's office and they are required to verify the information provided.
