To know he's dead show me the head. Sorry, but without physical identification we cannot be sure he really is dead.

They will use DNA that they already have available to verify, if they have not already, his body. Unlike what they do, we don't deliberately separate the body from the head.

SSG Robert Ricci I am glad we don't. My point is that without substantive proof, DNA is good if an example of his was gotten while he was alive, but a body that can be positively identified is still the best evidence. imo.
