Wow! When my dad was stationed at Kadena AB in Okinawa From 1966-69 as a kid I saw some huge centipedes about 6-7 inches long but I never saw anything like that.

Sadly I have no photos but I do have the memories of images in my mind that are with me to this day,a grove of bamboo with hundreds of bamboo vipers disturbed by our passage through the machete chopped bamboo,leeches waving like fingers in the mud of rivers we crossed,red ants falling from their leaf ball nests shaken by the tracks that were crashing through the jungle,just a few of that crazy place I got to visit a long time ago.
