I am playing around with epoxy. Mainly trying to seal objects in a wood base for a desk display. The type i use is a 50/50 mix and i require a heat gun to get bubbles out. I have ruined several projects due to bubbles. Has anyone used another type that produces less to no bubbles?

I ordered the alumilite to try out. Thank you..
If you use a respirator, what one do you use?

For the alumilite there is no need for a respirator

There are other typrs of expoxy out there that do not require a heat source to pop bubbles, i was wat.ching a youtube video of what is called a dirty pour a couple days ago and the company that did it has their own branded expoxy

You may want to double check your mix.. To much hardener can also create bubbles. Most important,
see manufacturers recommendations. Be safe. Some epoxies can create fumes that can do damage...
