How do I view the Tour Of Duty website from home, and NOT from a DOD network?

I can do everything on my laptop from home except log into Tour of Duty website. Can anyone help??

They just had an update a few months ago and you can only access from a military computer.

VPN to ARNet may allow the instance to believe you're on a DoD network. https://rasxtra.usar.army.mil/
