Because they are airborne their day to day training standards are higher and there is a higher motivation to pass these tests. So it is no surprise to me, saw it first hand. I PCS'd in from 2nd Armored Division which had relatively poor training for EIB. 101st was far superior in prep and in year round training vs the 2nd AD.
