Fort Carson Pro Tips?

I’m headed to 9IR 4ID the beginning of August soon as I finish up OSUT and this will be my first army duty station so I’m looking for anything that might be useful. One thing specific is my wife and I live in a fifth wheel trailer which I’ll be taking up there and will be looking for a good long term RV park in the area. Thanks in advance.

Don’t rent or buy sight unseen. Good places and Seedy. Alma Patrick is still off limits as a land lord.

Give the Incline a try. Without a pack, the first few times.

Fountain KOA is safe and clean but you’ll be competing with I25 corridor retiree RVers.
