CPT (Join to see) - I see that a lot. I was active first and did some fun stuff. Then I went to the Guard and still was able to knock out some more schools. But going straight into the Reserves as some random MOS you really can't expect anything. I don't think they realize what they are getting into.

CPT (Join to see) - Well most of the time I don't believe the brass really cares about the reserves and NG. It is a much greater hardship for them to be deployed but as my GWOT experience progressed, it seemed (at least superficially?) that NG was being deployed with higher frequency than regulars.
PVT Cooper, what is your current FA and/or your MOS?

It is possible but uncommon in the bulk of the USAR.
As stated elsewhere, CA and PO units have some slots, and a handful of units in active jump status.
My unit (non-jump status) sends a half-dozen or so a year to the course.

Yes but unless you have it in your initial contract it will likely be almost impossible unless you join an airborne unit and get into an airborne slot (SQI "P" - Parachutist), which are pretty much every MOS in an airborne unit.

Join nearly 2 million former and current members of the US military, just like you.
