Where can I find info about MS officers filling non-AMEDD billets? What are the benefits of staying MS versus branching into 90 series?

I am looking to see the benefits of staying a MS officer versus branching into 90 series. From PPOM reading for NGB, a 70 series with Log CCC can fill 70 series positions in addition to 90A, 42B, 42H, 01A and 05A.
