Chip this is complicated so stay with me. Start it off with the bat, beat him until he cant move or make much noise. Then take him to international waters and explain he is no longer a citizen of the USA, point toward china, push him in and say swim.
See we are humanitarian, we set him free. now there is a catch, yea we pretty much beat him to death with the bat, not to mention China is a long way, hell any land is a long way. But that really does not matter if the bat is applied properly he cant move, so his fate is kind of sealed. But we are humanitarians we set him free woo hoo kind of.
