Does the 3rd Infantry Regiment (Old Guard) have a separate Drill and Ceremony manual? If so, what it is?

I noticed that during the Changing of the Guard at the Tomb of the Unknowns in Arlington the tomb guards seem to have modified some aspects of drill and ceremony. For example; facing movements are different, the salute looks strange, guards under arms go from present arms back to port arms. Do they have a separate D&C manual? If so, what it is?

The Old Guard has its own SOP for Drill and Ceremony. It is based off of the TC 3-21.5 but it is highly modified to give a more smooth looking, cleaner presentation.

Is it written down someplace accessible? The facing movements look much more ceremonial than standard drill movements.

I'm embarrassed to say I only started looking for an answer after I got into a youtube comment section debate with a guy insisting the Old Guard were saluting incorrectly during the Changing of the Guard.

To be fair, I didn't realize he was a fool until after several back-and-fourths. I thought just correcting his information and providing the resource would suffice, I was wrong. Lesson learned.
