I am national guard, in AIT. I graduate in 2 days and I should be going home right after. However I have been on profile since I got here (injured in BCT). I had a fit for duty appointment that told me I’m very treatable I just have to get the actual treatment. I have been completely unable to take the ACFT since I got here. Is there any possible way I could still graduate and go home? I have my passing scorecard from BCT still within the last 6 months. I’m willing to take the acft with my unit after I heal and have the scores sent to my AIT company.

Please help me if you can (Kentucky ARNG if it matters)

You will not be considered MOS - Qualified and will not graduate from AIT until you have passed the ACFT and the yellow standards. Is there an issue with receiving care where you are? You do not get to pick where and when you seek treatment in this case unless it is a matter of time and you need to go home to heal. You should also have a AIT DS that should be able to answer all of this for you. Not to mention you should know that by now everything I have said here. No person on RP is going to tell you other wise that knows any better.

Did you pass the ACFT by Army standards prior to injury and is it recorded in your records as a pass?

My AIT cadre do not seem to be on the same page hence why I’m here. I did previously pass one and I still have my scorecard to show it.

PVT (Join to see) your scorecard is irrelevant, was it loaded into record when you left BCT and went to AIT for training? What does your paperwork say? Also, if the Cadre are not helping use your COC and speak with the 1SGT

It should be on my record. I just know I also have the scorecard in my physical records. Idk how to find if it’s online.
I spoke with the 1SGT who isn’t giving me a solid answer either. I’ve been considering the company commander as well

PVT (Join to see) go to the commander than, but I am pretty sure that without passing a ACFT during AIT you will not be graduating, and will be held as a hold over umtil you are healed and can take the for record ACFT. Best of Luck PVT!

In case this comes back up: I just found out I’m leaving in the next 24 hours. I don’t know what happened at all but I’m honestly not going to question it at this point, full graduation and everything

Talk to your DS. They will tell you what's going on.

I’ve tried but they are all on different pages. I’ve even tried to talk to the 1SG and received a different answer from her.
