I’m looking to do the ECM course. Is there any pre recs our anything I need to have before I apply? I am already ACLS and PALS certified and have a 115 GT score. If anyone can point me in the rig he direction that would be awesome.

Do you mean the Expeditionary Combat Medic Course?

It's a PCS length course. You'll have to contact your branch manager or MOS proponent. You'll attend it and then PCS to wherever the Army needs you next

The ECM course is now the Flight Paramedic course. Talk to your career counselor.

So if I have the most accurate information on that course and I want those subject matter experts to correct me if I'm wrong, the ECM course and Flight Paramedic course we're merged to make the Combat Paramedic course. From the CombT Paramedic course you can go Flight Medic, SFAB or Civil Affairs. I'm not there in San Antonio though. Maybe I can find something out in the next two weeks while I'm there for my flight paramedic refresher and give you more information.

SPC (Join to see) I understand the desire to do more, I'll do what I can to find whatever information out that's relevant to you in the next few weeks. Do me a favor and check ATRRS to see if the Expeditionary Combat Medic Course is still there and if it isn't check out the Combat Paramedic course on ATRRS. I'm almost certain they merged but not 100%.
